During the last quarter, we have seen some exciting milestones on Melbourne Quarter Tower. Below are the highlights:
- The iconic brick archways on North South Lane (laneway connecting Flinders Street with Collins Street) are almost complete, with the last arch being finalised.
- Lobby finishes reach completion.
- Works on Quarter Hall (indoor retail space) reach completion.
- End of Trip finishes continue to progress.
- External soft landscaping works underway and progressing well.
- Façade of the entire building reaches completion.
- Second last crane removed from site.
As the development and construction teams edge closer to the completion of both Melbourne Quarter Tower and Melbourne Quarter as a precinct, the project enters into a critical, time-bound phase.
